Our Management Team

Tony Lakier – President
Tony has served as RedMane president since founding the company in 2000. He has more than 20 years of executive management experience in the IT industry and has provided leadership and oversight for hundreds of projects throughout his career. He lives in Deerfield, Illinois and has a passion for cycling.

Colin Michaelis – Executive
Colin is a RedMane co-founder with years of experience in all aspects of application systems delivery, from investigation through to implementation. He mentors and trains RedMane and client staff on all aspects of software development projects, including project management and system design. Colin lives in Libertyville, Illinois, and when not in his office, he is usually out and about with his camera, pursuing his interest in photography.

Bill Rueth – Executive
Bill is a RedMane co-founder with decades of experience building systems. He can be aptly described as a “delivery guru” and has designed, developed, and delivered systems for a broad spectrum of industries using a wide range of technologies. Bill lives in Largo, Florida—where he can pursue his love of golf.

Cheryl Hartshorne – General Manager
Cheryl has been providing leadership and guidance to large scale IT projects for more than five years. She has over 19 years’ experience in Human Services and is passionate about getting the right tools in the hands of staff to make a significant positive impact on the work they do. Cheryl lives in Edmonton, Alberta and enjoys walking her dog in the river valley on long summer evenings or crisp winter mornings.

Darryl Kropp – Practice Manager
Darryl brings more than 18 years’ experience in all aspects of systems delivery, with a focus on project management. Darryl lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and when not in his office he is either out and about with his family, cycling, or on some type of skis.
